What a Difference a Day Makes

Yesterday was gorgeous in Knoxville. Temperatures in the 60s meant it was a perfect day for some outdoor tasks, so Virginia and Brandy headed outside to paint some pots for our upcoming spring landscaping.

Today was a different kind of gorgeous in Knoxville. Temperatures plummeted overnight, so when precipitation hit today we were blanketed in a thick layer of snow. Virginia and Brandy attempted to build a snowman...

then Virginia and I took turns making snow angels.

And while Chowder was busy tackling us in the snow, Rose Marie was hanging out in the warmth at DeDe and Pops' house. Here's a quick shot of her from her escapades in a clothes basket.

For those of you wondering, Rose Marie just had her 1-year checkup and it turns out she's much like her parents. 20th percentile height, 50th percentile weight, 80th percentile head size.
